Pending Allocation

This option displays all the Child Items that have some quantity still pending to be allocated against the selected SJO. This grid is only for your reference purpose and you can not actually allocate through it.

So, after allocating "Handlebar" by us and "Suspension" by you, the image below shows rest of the Child Items and their quantities belonging to Mountain Bicycle that are pending for allocation.

You can click on "Frame" to view its Child Items and their quantities that are pending for allocation.

Field Description of Pending Allocation

A list of Child Items that are still pending to be allocated as per requirement of the selected SJO, will be displayed in a grid as shown above. It displays the Maximum Quantity of each Child Item that can be allocated for the selected SJO as well as the Quantity that is still pending to be allocated.

Please note that in case -

• the currently selected Item in the previous screen is the SJO Parent Item, this grid will display all the Child Items belonging to that Manufactured/Assembly Item that have some quantity still pending to be allocated.

• the currently selected Item in the previous screen is the Manufactured/Assembly type of Child Item, this grid will display not only that Manufactured/Assembly Item but also all the Child Items belonging to it that have some quantity still pending to be allocated.

• the currently selected Item in the previous screen is a Bought Out type of Child Item, this grid will display that Item's pending quantity to be allocated.

Once done, click on 'Ok' button to go back to the previous screen.
